ABOUT THE WORDS
"LINGUIST" AND "LINGUISTICS"
By Polat Kaya
The term LINGUIST
and LINGUISTICS are well known and widely used
English language
terms. The definition of these terms are given as
follows:
LINGUIST: 1 One who
knows many languages. 2 An authority in
linguistics. [from
Latin "lingua" + IST].
LINGUISTIC:
adjective. 1 Of or pertaining to languages. 2 pertaining
to linguistics.
Also linguistical, linguistically.
LINGUISTICS: The
science of language, its origin, structure,
modifications,
etc., including among its studies the fields of
phonetics,
phonemics, morphology, syntax, and semantics: usually
divided into
historical (or diachronic) linguistics, the study of the
evolution of
languages and linguistic phenomena; descriptive (or
synchronic)
linguistics, the study of a language or languages at a
given stage of
development; comparative linguistics, the comparison
and contrast of
related languages; geographical linguistics (or
linguistic
geography), the classification of the distribution of
languages and
dialects on a regional basis. "
[Source for these
definitions: Encyclopaedia Britannica World
Language
Dictionary, 1963, p. 741.]
I have no quarrel
with these definitions. My questioning is directed
at the origin,
structure and modifications, particularly regarding the
makeup of these
so-called "Indo-European" words.
In order to put
further light on matters in hand let us examine the
following words:
A. Greek word
"GLWSSOLOGOS"
Supposedly in the
authentic language of Greek, the term for "linguist"
is given as
"GLWSSOLOGOS" which is a further anagrammatized form of
"GLUUSSOLOGOS"
since the bogus letter W is really a U+U. When
decrypted
letter-by-letter as "OGUSSLUG OLOS" and read phonetically as
in Turkish, it
becomes evident that the word is an anagram of Turkish
expression
"AGUSSuLUG OLOSh" (AGUZCULUK OLUSh) meaning "becoming in
the field of
linguistics" where Turkish "AGUZCULUK" means "field of
talking, speaking,
making words and language", etc. The Turkish
letter giving
"Sh" sound has been readily replaced with letter "S" in
the anagrams. Thus
Turkish word "OLUSh" becomes "OLUS" meaning
"becoming".
Of course, the Turkish expression "AGUSSULUG OLOSh"
(AGUZCULUK OLUSh)
is a rarely used expression in present day Turkish,
but nevertheless is
pure Turkish with all components and structure
being Turkish. It
may even have been a forgotten Turkish expression.
That does not
matter, because the purpose was to gain a word into
so-called
"Greek". The anagrammatizer has taken the less conspicuous
expressions to
avoid detection. Thus, Greek "GLWSSOLOGOS" is a
rearranged word
from Turkish "AGUZCULUK OLUSh".
B. Greek word
"GLWSSOLOGIA"
The Greek word for
"linguistics" is "GLWSSOLOGIA" from
"GLUUSSOLOGIA",
that is, after
replacing the bogus W with UU.
When this word is
decrypted letter-by-letter as "AGUSSIL OGOLU", it
becomes the Turkish
expression "AGUZCIL OGULU" (Aguzcu okulu, Dilcil
Okulu, Dilci Okulu)
meaning "Linguist School" or "School for
Linguists"
which is what "linguistics" is all about in accordance with
the above given
definitions.
These
correspondences have nothing to do with coincidence or
probability. They
are simply man-made manipulations of Turkish words
and phrases. Thus
these "Greek" words and their derivatives are taken
from the Turkish
language contrary to the mountains of disinformation
claiming that they
are Greek in origin. In short, while their origins
lay in Turkish
texts, after they were anagrammatized from Turkish,
they became
magically Greek in origin.
C. English word
"LINGUIST"
The English term
"LINGUIST" is said to be from Latin word "lingua"
meaning
"tongue"; "speech", "language". My view is that
both the
Latin
"lingua" and the English "linguist" are from Turkish
contrary to
claims by
linguists. I will explain them below.
Let us first take
the English term "LINGUIST". When it is decrypted
letter-by-letter as:
C.1)
"TILGISUN", it becomes clear that it is an anagram of Turkish
expression
"TILCISUN" (DILCISUN) meaning "you are linguist" with
"G"
replacing Turkish
"C";
C.2) "TIL
GUNIS", is an anagram of Turkish phrase "TIL GONUShU" (Dil
Konushu) meaning
"he who speaks language" which is what a "linguist"
does, that is, he
speaks and talks about one or more languages.
Additionally,
"TIL GUNIS" is an anagram of Turkish phrase "TIL
GONUShU" (Dil
Konushu) meaning "it is the tongue that speaks". This is
also a true
statement since the tongue itself is a true "linguist".
Turkish expression
"TIL GUNIS" (dil konush) is also a command in
Turkish saying:
"speak language".
C.3) "GUS
TILIN", is an anagram of Turkish expression "aGUS TILIN"
(AGUZ DILIN)
meaning "your mouth and tongue" which are also true
"lingusts";
without the mouth and tongue no speech is possible.
C.4) "GUS
TILIN", is an anagram of Turkish expression "oGUS TILIN"
(OGUZ DILIN)
meaning "your OGUZ (Turkish) language"; Turkish is not
only an OGUZ
language spoken by millions of peoples since very ancient
times, but also as
a language, it is the subject of linguists and
linguistics.
C.5) "TIL
GUNIS" is an anagram of Turkish expression "TIL GUNISI" (Dil
Konusu) meaning
"his subject is language" or "His field is language".
Surely the subject
of any linguist is language and its science.
C.6) "TIL
GUNIS" is an anagram of Turkish expression "TIL GÜNESh" (DIL
GÜNESh) meaning
"language is sun" implying "language" is with the
"sun"
(sun-religion). This is another way of stating in Turkish what
JOHN 1-3 states -
where the Turkish expression antedates JOHN.
C.7) "TIL GUN
IS" is an anagram of Turkish expression "TIL GÜN IShI"
meaning
"language is sun light" implying that "language enlightens
unknown concepts
like the sunlight illuminates darkness.
C.8) "GUNIS
TIL" is an anagram of Turkish expression "GÜNESh TILI"
(GÜNESh DILI)
meaning "Sun Language". This Turkish expression being
embedded in the
English term "LINGUIST" verifies the theory that
"TURKISH IS
THE SUN LANGUAGE" contrary to counter-arguments by those
who are not
familiar with this knowledge and do not have the needed
insight.
Additionally,
implied in the "GUNIS TIL" phrase is the meaning that
those who
manufactured unlimited number of words from Turkish for all
the so-called
"Indo-European" languages knew all along that "TURKISH
WAS THE
SUN-RELIGION RELATED LANGUAGE OF THE SUN WORSHIPPING
TUR/TURK PEOPLES
SINCE VERY ANCIENT TIMES AND IT WAS A WORLD
LANGUAGE"
although they have intentionally been silent about it.
D. English word
"LINGUISTICS"
Similarly, let us
do the analysis of the term "linguistics". The
English term
"LINGUISTICS", when decrypted letter-by-letter as:
D.1)
"TIL-GIS-CUNIS", with C voiced as K, is an anagram of Turkish
expression
"TIL-aGIS KUNUSI" ("dil-aguz konusu", "konusu
dil-agIz")
meaning "its
subject is language (tongue and mouth)". In accordance
with the definition
given above, the subject of LINGUISTICS is the
workings of
"tongue and mouth", that is, the "language".
D.2)
"TIL-GIS-CUNIS", with C voiced as K and last S = Sh, is an
anagram of Turkish
expression "TIL-aGIS KUNUShI" ("dil-aguz konushu",
"konushu
dil-aguz") meaning "that which tongue and mouth speak" which
defines the
"language" in a riddle form. Hence, it is a true
statement in
Turkish.
D.3)
"TIL-GIS-CUNIS", with C voiced as K and last S = Sh, is an
anagram of Turkish
expression "TIL-aGIS KUNuShI" ("dil-aguz konushu",
"konushu
dil-aguz") meaning "tongue and mouth does the speaking" which
is also a true
statement.
D.4)
"TIL-GIS-CUNIS", with C voiced as K and last S = Sh, is an
anagram of Turkish
expression "TIL-aGIS KUNISh" (dil-aguz konus",
"dil-aguz
konusma") meaning "tongue-mouth is the speech" which is
again a true
statement.
D.5)
"TIL-GIS-CUNIS", with C voiced as K and last S = Sh, is an
anagram of Turkish
expression "TIL-aGIS KUNISh" ("dil-aguz künesh")
meaning
"tongue-mouth is sun." This is a metaphor implying that
language is like
sun, that is, it enlightens unknown concepts like the
sun illuminates
darkness" which is a true statement.
D.6)
"TIL-GIS-CUNIS", with C voiced as K and last S = Sh, is an
anagram of Turkish
expression "TIL-oGIS KUNISh" ("Dil-Oguz künesh",
"Oguz dili
Günesh") meaning "The Oguz Language is Sun", that is, "The
Oguz Language is
Sun Language". By this expression, the Oguz language
(Turkish) is named
as "Sun Language". In ancient Turanian trinity
Sky-God religion
"OGUZ" was the SUN, i.e. the right 'Eye" of the
Sky-Father-God.
Therefore, The name "OGUZ LANGUAGE" alternatively
means "The SUN
LANGUAGE", that is, "TURKISH".
D.7) "GUSCI
TILSIN" is an anagram of Turkish expression "OGUSCI
TILSIN"
(OGUZCA DILSIN) meaning "You are OGUZ language, i.e.,
"Turca/Turkçe".
Turkish terms "OGUZCI" (Oguzça), "TURÇA" and "TURKÇE"
are all the same
and all meaning "Turkish Language".
D.8) "GUS CI
TILSIN" is an anagram of Turkish expression "AGUS ICI
TILSIN" (AGUZ
IÇI DILSIN) meaning "you are the tongue in the mouth".
This pure Turkish
expression not only the fact that "the tongue is in
the mouth",
but also quite frequently is used for endearment. For
example, a mother
may use this expression for her child.
D.9) "GUNIS
TILCIS", is an anagram of Turkish expression "GUNES
TILCIiS"
(GÜNESh TILCIyiZ) meaning "we are Sun Language speakers",
that is, "We
are Oguz Language speakers". This again refers to
Turkish language
being both Oguz language and SUN language.
D.10) "GUS
TILCISIN" is an anagram of Turkish expression "AGUS
TILCISIN"
(AGUZ DILCISIN) meaning "You are dialectal linguist"
referring to
someone who studies a dialect of a language.
D.11) "GUS
TILCISIN" is an anagram of Turkish expression "OGUS
TILCISIN"
(OGUZ DILCISIN) meaning "You are OGUZ Linguist" implying
either "you
are a linguist Oguz/Tur/Turk" or "you are a linguist of
the Oguz
language".
D.12) "TILCI
GUSSIN", is an anagram of Turkish expression "TILCI
OGUSSIN"
(Dilci Oguz'sun) meaning "you are a lingust Oguz" referring
to a linguist from
Oguz (Tur/Turk) people.
D.13) "TIL GUN
ISSIC", is the anagram of Turkish expression "TIL GUN
IShIK" (Dil
Gün IshIk) meaning "Language is sunlight". This is again
an expression
making the "tongue" (language) like "Sun Light", i.e.,
explaining,
illuminating and bringing all kinds of concepts into
clear understanding.
D.14)
"L-GISTI-CUNIS", with C voiced as K and last S = Sh, is an
anagram of Turkish
expression "aL-oGISTI KUNISh" ("Al-Oguztu künesh"),
meaning "Sun
was the AL OGUZ". This indicates that, in ancient
Turanian religion
and culture, their Sun-God was also named as "AL
OGUZ" (Red
Oguz); "AL AGUZ" (Red mouth); "AL O GÖZ" (red is that eye);
"ALa O
GÖZ" (spotted is that eye), "AL O YÜZ" (Red is that Face). All
these expressions
in Turkish metaphorically define the "sun" and "the
head of
"man", thus making man "in the image of Sky-God". The
Turkish
expression "AL
OGUZ" is very much the same as the Turkish expression
"AL
OSMAN" ("AL OZ-MAN", "AL OGUZ-MAN").
E. Latin word
"LINGUA"
It is claimed that
the source for "LINGUIST" and "LINGUISTICS" is the
Latin word
"LINGUA". I disagree with this view. Many times before,
with examples, I
have indicated that Latin language itself is made up
from Turkish. The
Latin word "lingua" meaning "tongue; speech,
language, a tongue
of land" is an anagram of the Turkish expression
"AGILUN"
(AKILIN) meaning "it is your mind". Of course this is a very
unique definition
in Turkish for "language", but also it is a correct
definition. Indeed,
conceptually when people speak, they speak what
is on their mind;
and in the process of speech production, the tongue
and mouth act only
as thought-to-speech converter. Thus what we hear
as speech is what
others are thinking at that time. Hence, even the
Latin word LINGUA
has a very strong relationship with Turkish word
AGILUN (AKILIN)
meaning "Your Mind". It is a fact that when people
speak, they say
what is on THEIR MIND.
F. POWER OF
LINGUISTIC MANIPULATIONS
Language is
extremely powerful. It can be used to tell the truth, a
mixture of truth
and falsehoods or complete lies. It can be used to
con people, to
inspire people, to make peace, to make war, to gain
friends or make
enemies and to manage people and their activities. It
can be used to
write or rewrite history by presenting differing
pictures of events.
Hence, language has such limitless utilization.
This is why the
WORD was with the GOD and the Word was regarded as a
god.
Language
manipulations can cause identity changes for concepts,
persons, peoples,
landmarks and countries as we have seen in the above
decryption of the
words "LINGUIST" and "LINGUISTICS". An example of
this kind of
linguistic manipulation of the present day Turkic world
is the artificially
created TURK-KURT problem. While both are the same
Turkish people, the
name and the language of one group have been
manipulated for
political purposes.
The name KURT has
been intentionally manupulated as a separate
national entity for
certain Turkish group. Thus they have been
alienated from the
main body by means of a bogus argument that they
speak an
"Indo-European language". In actuality, "Kurdish" is a
dialect of Turkish
language that has been interspersed with words
broken up from
Turkish in the style of "Indo-European" languages which
themselves are
broken up languages from Turkish as we have
demonstrated in
this paper and others. In other words, one Turkic
group has been
alienated by being labelled as "KÜRT" (KURD), and also
manipulated into
believing that they are Indo-Europeans just because
some Indo-Europeans
told them that their language is Indo-European. We
have also been told
similar arguments that Greek and Latin were also
Indo-European
languages having no relation to Turkish. Yet we are
finding results
contrary to the perpetrated disinformation. Thus, the
same can also be
said about the so-called "Kurdish" language.
The name KURT is
very much an anagram of the name "TURK".
Additionally, the
name "KURDISTAN" is an ancient Turkish name in
accordance with the
ancient Turkish tradition of naming tribes and
their lands after
different names of the Sky-God. For example:
a)
"KORDISTAN" is from Turkish phrase "KORDI-ISTAN" (KORDI
ISITAN and
KORDI IShITAN)
meaning "God was fire" or "Fire was God", i.e., "that
which heates and
illuminates was made of fire" referring to ancient
Turanian
"Sky-Father-God and the Sun-God" and also to the people who
believed in that
ancient Sun religion and their land. The ISTAN suffix
exists at the end
of many Turkic states.
b)
"KORDISTAN" is from Turkish phrase "KÖRDI-ISTAN" meaning
"Blind was
God" which
refers to the ancient Turanian "Sky-Father-God and the
Moon-God" and also
to the land and the people who believed in that
ancient religious
concept,
c)
"KURDISTAN" is from Turkish phrase "KURD-ISTAN"
(Ariman-istan)
meaning "Land
of Bee" or "Land of Bee-man", thus, referring to eastern
Anatolian Turkish
people who were very involved with bee-keeping since
ancient times. A
similar name is the name "Bashkurdistan" of another
Turkish people.
Thus it is seen
that language and name manipulations are very powerful
tools for divide,
obliterate and/or rule purposes. Its extreme
importance has been
realized much more clearly and utilized much more
effectively by some
people than the others since ancient times. For
example, by simply
labelling some ancient Turanian peoples, e.g.,
Phrygians, Lydians,
Ionians, Trojians, Etruscans, Phoenicians,
Medeans, etc. as
"Indo-European" or "Semitic" people, the Tur/Turk
group is cut off
from their ancestry and culture while another is
bestowed with
ancestry with whom they did not have any
kinship--believing
that it will not be questioned and in time accepted
as the truth. This
example is to show the power of language and
language-manipulation.
G. CONCLUSIONS
G.1) From all of
this analysis of the Greek, Latin and English terms
for "LINGUIST"
and "LINGUISTICS", linguists should be able to see that
these terms are
anagrams of a number of Turkish expressions describing
language, linguist,
mouth and tongue, speech, linguistics, Turkish
language, Oguz
language, Sun language, etc.. Just like countless
number of other
"Indo-European" words, these so-called "Indo-European"
terms have also
been manufactured from Turkish language texts and
unjustifiably
claimed as Indo-European, Everyone seems to have bought
it without question.
G.2) Having
multiple meanings in the same Turkish word must have been
a way of useage of
Turkish language in the culture of the ancient
Tur/Turk peoples.
This shows how flexible and closely knit a language
Turkish is. This
kind of flexibility does not seem to be the result of
random linguistic
developments but is rather due to a well thought out
"weaving"
and "structuring" technique used in the build up of Turkish.
For example, the
Turkish word "GÜNESH" meaning "SUN" and the Turkish
word
"GONUSh" meaning "language, speech and speaking" having the
same
word structure,
just like the Turkish OGUZ and AGUZ words, is not due
to linguistic
coincidence, but rather to weaving a language around the
name of the ancient
Turanian Sky-God concept. This is what makes
Turkish the
"SUN LANGUAGE". The above decrypted "Indo-European" words
"LINGUIST"
and "LINGUISTICS" also verify this.
G.3) All of these
correspondences that I have discussed above cannot
be due to
coincidence or probability. They are simply due to man-made
manipulations of
Turkish language. These manipulations may not be
known to most
linguists. But some linguists must surely have known
what went on
before. In this
respect, something
is terribly wrong in the land of "linguistics". In
other words, some
people may know the truth - but they are not
talking.
G.4) It was this
Turkish language that those non-Turanian Babylonians
wanted to confuse
and obliterate as is admitted in GENESIS 11. It must
be noted that even
in the word GENESIS is embedded the Turkish words
GUNESH (meaning
SUN) and GONUSH (meaning speech). Like the Turkish
language, the very
ancient trinity Sky-God religion of Turan, which
was a world
religion for a very long time, was also intentionally
obliterated by
manipulations, deceptions, forceful eliminations and/or
conversions.
G.5) The very
advanced Turanian civilization that was developed with
that Sky-God OGUZ
religion was also obliterated with deceptive
mythological
stories, history writing, name changes and language and
religion creations.
The visible remnants from the civilization of
these ancient
Turanian peoples were looted among the history changers,
erased to the
ground and obliterated or simply labelled as "by people
whose identity is
not known". Although in this process, the ancient
Sky-Father-God OGUZ
(Gök-Ata-Tanri) and along with it the Sun-God and
the Moon-God were
dethroned as Sky-God deities, thankfully, those
ancient concepts
are still alive and well. This is due to the fact
that not only the
Sun and Moon are still with us, but most of that
ancient information
is still with us. And it is most likely that the
SUN as the
"life giver" will be illuminating and heating
(ISITAN/IShITAN/ISTAN)
the earth for some billions of years to come
irrespective of
whether human beings will be on Earth or not.
G.6) All of these
Turkish expressions being embedded in the words
"LINGUIST"
and "LINGUISTICS" is very revealing. Evidently, some
linguists of
ancient times knew the Turkish language of their time
very well, and used
this knowledge to change the ancient world into
something totally
different.
